Adopt Cost

Adoption fees are based on vet care each animal has received. The adoption fee is  250.00 to 300.00 depending on the amount of vet care each pet has received. There is also a transport cost of 125.00 per animal. We use a USDA transport service. There website is www.Dixiedogexpress.com   A health certificate will come with the pet.

Each animal is wormed, up to date on vaccines, and altered if old enough. If for some medical reason the pet is not altered, the pet must be altered before the pet reaches 6 months old. A deposit may be required and returned when completed. A spay and neutered contract must be signed. Some of our animals are micro chipped.

If the pet is 6 months or older the pet is heart-worm tested and started on a preventive or given the medical treatment needed.

The puppies and dogs are bathed and given front-line for flea protection

By adopting a rescued pet, you are making room for us to help another Labrador and their Labby friends.

Transport is set up weekly and the pets arrive in the NE area on Saturday each week. We use a USDA transport service called Dixie Dog Express and their website is www.Dixiedogexpress.com
